PCENT Selected for “Net-Zero Challenge X” by the 2050 Carbon Neutrality and Green Growth Commission
PCENT has been selected as a Net-Zero Challenge X company by the 2050 Carbon Neutrality and Green Growth Commission.
PCENT is a next-generation low- and zero-carbon combustion solutions company founded on the combustion research of the Clean Thermal Power Energy Research Institute (PCERI) at Pusan National University. Building on clean-fuel combustion technology for ammonia and hydrogen, it develops ammonia-fired burners for ships and power plants, ammonia crackers and Fluent-based combustion analysis solutions.
Technology commercialization milestones
Since its incorporation in November 2025, PCENT has received two core-technology patents from the Pusan National University Industry-University Cooperation Foundation and has been selected for a series of government and municipal programs, including the Eco-Startup Support Program and the Busan Startup FLY Program.
PCENT will continue to develop and commercialize combustion technology for the carbon-free transition of maritime, power and industrial sites.
